These guys take all the Waste Veg Oil from the entire surrounding area of Humboldt County and recycle it into Biodiesel. They hooked us up with 90 gallons in support of our cause!

Special Thanks to Grady O’Shaughnessy and the entire Clifbar crew that helped out with this amazing event. This was by far the greatest one yet.
It started with a demonstration in the warehouse.

Then everyone gathered for drinks in the theatre.

Johnathan Youtt kicked it off with an enviro puppet show.

HBR warmed it up by playing their origional tune “Well Oiled Machine”

The last part can best be described and a highly-inspiring panel discussion about rolling down the road using alternative energy and a Q&A with the crowd.

Special Thanks to HBR. We were inspired that this team was willing to rally with us on this event, and definitely did some brainstorming on things to come in the future. Stay tuned….
It was a Savage drive across the desert, but we landed in Reno and went straight over to Lisa and Jays house. Crystal Young flew in and joined us for a section of the California Tour.

While we were parked in Jackson, we met up with all the nice folks that collect the local waste veg oil.
James hooked us with around 20 gallons.

And then this super nice family styled us out with 40 more gallons, enough to get all the way to California!!! Their house is totally off the grid, running on solar.

The night time event at the Gas Lamp ended up being our biggest fundraiser yet. There were literally all kinds of people there.

Thanks Laney (Seth’s sister) and Gus for having us at their house, and hosting the event!

Bill Gange brought us over to the Duluth Biodiesel Coop, and filled us up.

Lots of soy fields and mind mills for our diagnol descent of the state of Minnesota.

We drove all night to make it in time for the Grandview Elementary School this morning.

The event was hosted by Alex Mihailovic in downtown Toronto (even though she had to skip out to host another party for about an hour!!!). We finally got to meet all the legendary characters that Alex has been telling us about for years. The infamous Pria had her engagement party at our event. It was really fun!

David (I’m not even going to try and spell his last name), a representative of the Green Party attended our event and introduced us.

The rest of the night was spent fooling around and catching up with old friends.

We had a good crowd out front of the Riot Factory for the event Saturday. Thanks to the posse for hosting us.

Steve and Des got the worst of the Seth/Tyler mongering as of yet. First their apartment, then their RV…..then we jammed their office all day on Monday. They took it pretty well.

We went for a whirlwind paddling session with Campbell, Fisher, and Vincent on Sunday and got on a couple of the local creeks.

We go lost (as always) leaving Montreol, and this little motorcycle mama on a harley let us follow her to Ottawa!
